1/4 frequency of your primary would be approximately 230khz/4. The case for me is to raise the frequency and not to degrade it. But perhaps I miss something so I wish you a good luck on this. By the way, in my system I tune both secondaries with separate capacitors. By leaving one secondary floating with just a diode as in the drawings is less effective.

It hard for me explain why there interference in the mhz range using khz at pri input.After discovering the virtually no current in Amps change after shorting output coil after diode and also only at this 1/4 tuned receiver with secondary coil with cap with primary coil in the middle of the 2 cw&ccw winding then there is interference with my FM radio.

It's no sheer luck for my setup everything from pvc diameter to number of secondary winding to use is all calculated.(Recalled i have upload a excel file call quarter .xls in this forum which was derive from zilano i think name spell wrongly).Only the FM radio interference part was discovered purely by chance since it was already switched on before even commencing experiment.

Only after i have done this experiment only then i found out in China forum for Don smith experiment they using a specific B&W COIL model  which is 32uH and the capacitor value which is tuned at 1/4 of the primary frequency ~225khz.This is easily done by again using online LC calculator to verify.No hard work needed.

You see placing many high wattage bulbs  of 220volts in parallel would nearly be as good a shorting the secondary output and again it did not effect it's input for their case.

My primary objective before i even decide to commence basic experiment using <100volt was to know if there is extra current drawn upon shorting secondary at 1/4 resonance.

Since the outcome of my experiment is positive i then decided to invest more expensive components,equipment starting from laser printer which can nicely do 1200dpi x 1200dpi ,photo resist and etc. 
The primary aim to get "variable" high voltage charged capacitor supply sorted out(Almost completed and testing) then also work on isolated igbt driver(done and tested) then later the field capacitor (60% figured out in my head).

Again i don't advise anyone to follow me due to high cost involved.

Hi Utopia,

The only part of Zilano doc i extracted was the formula to obtain number of secondary windings to create base on diameter of pvc pipe.I am sticking with fixed 5 turns for the primary winding.

I have previously uploaded quarter.xls into forum twice.
The simple formula was used before laying out windings for secondary.
