Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

sparks

In order to cause an avalanche, primary electrons have to cause more than one secondary electron emissions from ionized atoms, on average.
Do you think that the collective kinetic energy of the secondary electrons is greater than the primary electron's ? If "yes" - why?

And I think, it is that what happens in this experimental setup.

The two capacitor plates are here the endings of the two sparking wires. When shorting the 506V capacitor(s) without the high voltage connected (via the diode or directly), almost nothing happens. When shorting the 3600V of the secondary coil of the high voltage transformer directly, almost nothing happens. But when shorting the capacitor through an ionized spark gap, hell breaks loose.

The input current during that powerful sparking is around 4A at 12V (48W). Since the high voltage is around 3600V there should be a maximum current of 13.3mA at 3600V (48W) going through that spark gap. But it doesn't look, sound and feel that way, like just 13mA, does it?

Question: What is the difference between a spark gap and a xenon flashtube?
I noticed that many people think that energy of these devices comes from nothing or vacuum.
The possibility that matter of the device can be converted to energy is considered destructive and generally frowned upon.

Why just matter? Can space itself be converted to energy? Can time itself be converted to energy? Is space-time a particular form of energy? Or maybe matter is simply a particular form of space-time?

If relativistic electrons are created then relativistic effects like spacetime contraction and dialation come into play antimatter all sorts of weird stuff.   If you take your standard 1 amp of current it is x number of electrons passing a point in x number of seconds.  Time and space are not constants but are commutable.   A relativistic electron's second is not the same as the observer's second.  If you could go fast enough relative to an observer you could do all sorts of mischief like jump up and down-run back and forth have a complete life in what the observer measures as a second.   You could shoot off megawatts of light during your lifetime.   The observer would see megawatts of light reaching him over his measure of a second.  It's like an electron dropping to a lower orbital.  It doesn't exist for us transitioning from one to the other.  It is totally uncertain what it is doing between orbitals because it is doing it real fast.  We see a photon emitted in our time but the electron could have gone to the far reaches of the Universe and back for all we know.

A spark gap is cold cold cold
Space is a hot hot liquid

If you want to ask fundamental questions like that - you have to start from the beginning.
Go to rs2theory.org and read the tutorials there - they contain answers to all of these questions.

I find the oversized images are a big turn off and I also find it difficult to take notice of anyone who cannot even resize a picture to
a reasonable size for a forum page. All it takes is one oversized image to ruin an entire page, the scrolling back and forth to read
lines that end up being over a foot in length is tiresome unnecessary and kinda ridiculous.

For the posters following the large images their posts can be formatted in lines and paragraphs so that they can be read without
sideways scrolling but the ones before the oversize image become unread by many due to we tire of the silly sideways scrolling
and reading lines probably over a foot in length.

If you want to show large images for reasons of definition put links to external images. Gee wizz.

Excellent suggestion FarmHand!

Another solution, if large photos are an absolute necessity is to format
your explanatory sentences such as this to enable viewers to read what
you have to say without that annoying scrolling to and fro.

When your sentence has stretched out to a reasonable length hit [Enter]
and continue on the next line.

With a little forethought miracles can be accomplished!
