By the way, a little confirmation on the black box...

a pulse generator from 20-56 microseconds.

My inverter runs at 41.32KHz, that is 24.2 microseconds.  Right in range.  I would guess older, slower, 220v inverters would be pretty much dead center.

My eye spotted some mockery! attached image, as you see the black box and the circuit laid next to it are different.
the IC is no where on front of another image. LOL

But i suspect the black box with IC is surely pulser from gas geyser.

So counting turns, I see 35 on the output winding.  Anyone disagree?

Not sure about the Tesla secondary.  I'll have to try two different wire sizes and see if I can estimate something reasonable.

Any guess on how long the tube is and its diameter?

That video made me suspicious previously because he didn't lifted coil completely during presentation but someone with a better eyes spotted cables.
Those two are electricians working in some russian factory workshop, so they know the tricks.
