The general assumption : Beta based battery  exists but subject of your picture was magnetron.
-isotope based High Frequency tubes were in use mostly since 1933
Nothing special.
Unless we are able to see patent application number or  document in full  it is  fantasy  to be delicate

There is both a game being played and a lie of omission exposed.

his silence from this point forward.  There is evidence to suggest

You accuse me endlessly of lying..... but you're always lying! And I have given you many times real patent publications that prove my truth, but you again continue your accusations against me!
- You are incapable of taking in real information properly!... You can only distort things beyond recognition!
I wouldn't have much trouble providing a link to the publication of this patent, but I don't see the point in feeding it to you again... It's going to be upside down from you again.
