Bedini ssg Quirk!! Resonance????

hi, the following is a product of  impatience, 2 motors in parallel. the first, a head from an 80's VCR, the second is from a turntable. please watch the following youtube video.

I'm new to the Bedini experience, is this resonance?
can someone explain whats happening with this.
been A little tired and busy with the kids (school holidays).

You may want to read up on the design characteristics of
servomotors.

Also; Bedini effects are not so much about motor operations
persay but more about the effects of CF cold fusion on batteries.
Motors happen to a simple means of generating those desired
effects.

Unfortunately Bedini designs often use open magnetic systems to help
him achieve power gain to get his devices working, most people would
open mag or antenna or ground systems "stealing power".
