Anybody know more about Don Smith's OU devices?

I found a little more information, Don is sharp, it seems he licenses his devices to companies wishing to use them in exchange for shares in those companies.   I read that he is on the board of directors of several companies in Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and other locations.  I am not aware of him openly sharing the plans or selling units outright.  Here is another site http://nuenergy.org/iw/2005/smith2005.htm    I did see he has written a book but I could not locate how to purchase it.
