Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

It sounds good I have a thought for the bio reactor if you are unrested?

I have seen all sorts of setups mostly plastic tubes and or envelopes, draping plastic bags and glass tubes you name it.

You understand the light requirements for growth by now and using tubular products inhibit light as blocked by the cells the closer to the center that they get.

Using glass panels (Don't Yellow and are less prone to puncture) in a grill configuration with gasket or tubing to create a race between the panels. If mounted vertical you could see an energy advantage using the siphon effect.

It's unfortunate that information about Algae production is limited unless someone is trying to sell you something.

I am glad you showed up and I wish you well, Please keep us posted.

P.S. A bellows pump (ie Trash pump) is less destructive to the cells than a vane or impeller type, air lift works as well but could contaminate the reactor.

De-polymerization technology.

Heat -> Pressure -> Water = De-polymerization

Input -> Carbon materials such as household waste, plastics, wood, paper, food products, green waste.

Output -> Carbon char - Minerals / Metal residues / Solids of silica - > Oils -> diesel - volatile gases (VG)

VG is used to run the process so it uses no new energy once initiated.

@Tinker,

Thank you for the resourceful site regarding algae cultivation.  I also noticed a reference to sonic wave technology there as well as a reference to the usage of a microwave process which also separates the oil from the algae.

The crude way that I have currently designed simply presses (or squeezes) the oil out of the algae leaving behind its pulp.  I’m using a hydraulic ram which is automated and controlled by a PLC which monitors tonnage via transducer feedback (input).  The oil is then filtered and pumped into a processing chamber from there.

This project has been a lot of fun so far and I am starting to learn various intricacies about biology which I used to HATE extremely while I was in school.

Anyways, take care my friend.
