Seriously though, the originator of the 'Hue device' (probably a Mr. Hue!) had been crying foul over Metglas cores for some time now (MIB's).  However he recently had a change of opinion when he had no problem contacting a Metglas rep. and they told him that while they were busy, it was 'business as usual' with them.  The below link would suggest he's may be becoming cynical again...

Both the places you list have 800 phone numbers.  Why not give them a call since it will be on their nickel.  Some places still aren't up to speed on email requests.  I'd pick up the phone.
