Were there any bullet holes in the walls or ceiling?  M-16's and the civilian AR-15 use similar rounds.  The AR-15 is widely available, but probably not to a drug user.  Maybe a supplier?

He's right.  I was stationed near the Canadian border during the Viet Nam war.  Mounties didn't even need weapons at that time.  That's what I was told.  I don't know for sure, since I didn't see a Mounty on my Air Force base.

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

I have more confidence now.No attempts to enter last night.I have located a big dog whose bark I can record.Even borrow him if I need to for a while.I keep the pellet gun near my bed.I have a porch light on all night now and one in the basement on all night.I was sleeping in the house with no lights on except when I got up to go to the bathroom.No wonder they were hoping it was vacant.I will get a real gun soon,No waiting in Mo.That explains a lot to me.I have to wait 45 minutes for a background check.If it turns up clean I can walk out the same day out of the store with it.I just have to have a mo id.I have to be careful with the pellet gun.It looks like a real one.I looked at rifles at walmart.Most of them around $200.Very affordable.I have yet to go to a gun store and look at handguns.I just want a weapon at home right now.No concealed gun permit right now.I have found no bullet holes in the house Lee.

They sell that ammo in packs of 20 for over $200.So one bullet is missing?triffid

It was strange to me that they were left behind too.I found two bullets in a back bedroom and all 17 others scattered up and down the steps to the basement.Trash was everywhere.The stairs had about four bags of kitchen trash they just tossed down the stairs instead of taking it out of the house.I do not know the drug users or sellers in the neighborhood. triffid

I know my squatters are in the neighbourhood.They are watching this place.The next door neighbor told me today the lady called him two days ago wanting to visit with him.He told her no saying he was too busy.triffid
