Yeah, too true, I believe.  Greece is turning into very well done toast in a matter of time.  I expect that to cause tsunami ripples throughout the PIIGS countries and beyond.

It's quite an advantage to be a cunning hunter and they;re stupid, crazy thugs.  All that's left is a Night-of-the-Living-Dead-style mob of starving citizens and renegade cops.  If they come, take as many of them to hell before they get you and save a round for your head---Only. Only!! If.  You.  Need. To.  I hope it doesn't come to that.  Just buy as much ammo as you can afford.  I frankly think it's a good idea.

I hope it does not come to a showdown.I plan to surpise them only if they break in.I will not go out on the sidewalk looking for them.Dne of the people I have breakfast with on a regular basis here in st.Louis is an ex-bank robber.He told me he went to prision for 27 years for shooting two drug dealers who robbed him IN THE BACK.The attorny who who put him behind bars told him he could have killed them legally if HE HAD NOT SHOT THEM IN THE BACK.He did his time all 27 years of it and got out 15 years ago.He said he robbed banks back then cuz thats where the money is,40 to 80 thousand at a time(for him).And the banks were insured against robbers like him.He never stoled from the person in the street he said.I guess if I am forced to shoot somone it has to be in the front and not in their back?triffid

Since he spent half of his life in prision already.He went in when he was 18.I listen to what he has to say.And this was what he had to say about my squatters"They will wait for me and my family to clean and fix up this house,Then WHEN IT IS VACANT AGAIN break their way in and "BE HOME AGAIN"".He says if you want to know what a squatter or thief is thinking you gotta think like one.Well they were already trying to come in here on the morning of august 20th,2011 at 3:50am. Getting a little impatient I guess.They must have thought no one was here then but I surprised them and made them mad I was still here.I added the light out front which was not there before and had motion detectors with floodlights put up in the garage area(its a detached garage).
Plus I sent off for my birth certicate to get my mo Id with so I can get a gun.I did get the pellet gun first.
Once I decided to get a real gun I got the courage to get more lights here up and burning through the night
The best defense is putting more lights up and saving the gun for last.triffid

Since I came to st.Louis to live for a couple of years.I have seen much more hunger much more begging and heard about many more shootings and killings.I have not seen one of those yet.But they are happening around my house.And I come here to south st.louis and find homeless people milling around only a few streets over from my dads place.Basically only having to worry about two of them.I did chase out two of them from the garage one morning.I told them not to come back.I caught them sleeping in there and started talking to them.They were not my squatters but they knew them.They said their names.I told them I was going to put a better lock on the garage and I did.In texas I lived out in the country.triffid

Not too many squatters out in the country.Where I came from.My family wants to sell this house now.So I will call two phone numbers this next week.And try to sell to real estate investors.As is after plumbing and electrical was restored and updated.They will remodel if that is their plan.I hope to keep my two squatters away long enough for that to happen.triffid
