I just can't put my finger on how I feel about this. People who say they should not declare bankruptcy I point out that OUR biggest financial institutions went running to Uncle Sam begging to help them. They have even had the bankruptcy laws rewritten in their favor.But life does not guarantee that by saving and not using credit cards that you will remain financially solvent. All it will take is a medical catstrophe and even wiith insurance you will be in the poor house trying to stay afloat.Don't even use one credit card.I have no credit cards at this point in my life.The whole story sounds like a plant to encourage people to pay them no matter what .Interest,late fees,over the limit fees,you name it fees.triffid

On september25 gold closed at 1650.20 per oz and silver was 30.75 per oz.A month ago gold was $1884 per oz and silver was at 43.00 per oz.Because gold and silver has its ups and downs ever since I started watching it in the 1970's.I have never acquired a large pile of it.So $5000 an oz gold is not here yet!

Part of me says its about time! And the other part of me says our debt will go up a lot more!  WASHINGTON (AP) â€" A Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee said Sunday that the U.S. should consider military action against Pakistan if it continues to support terrorist attacks against American troops in Afghanistan.
"The sovereign nation of Pakistan is engaging in hostile acts against the United States and our ally Afghanistan that must cease, Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina told "Fox News Sunday."
He said if experts decided that the U.S. needs to "elevate its response," he was confident there would be strong bipartisan support in Congress for such action.
Graham did not call for military action but said "all options" should be considered. He said assistance to Pakistan should be reconfigured and that the U.S. should no longer designate an amount of aid for Pakistan but have a more "transactional relationship" with the country.
"They're killing American soldiers," he said. "If they continue to embrace terrorism as a part of their national strategy, we're going to have to put all options on the table, including defending our troops."
