That means each adult can exchange about US$740-worth of won. The revaluation and exchange cap wiped out the savings of many North Koreans, and reportedly caused unrest in parts of the country. According to a September 2009 BBC report, some department stores in Pyongyang even stopped accepting North Korean won, instead insisting upon payment in U.S. dollars or Japanese yen.

Could it happen in the USA?Of course it could.In my own lifetime I have been told to lay down my life for my country.My country right or wrong is still my country.So now they want my savings too?When I was 18 it was my life and obedience that they wanted.If I live to be 91 I could cost SS a half million.I plan to live to be 150 if I can.triffid
