Sure,  governments can bail out big banks, brokers and insurers, we argued. But when  the next crisis strikes, who will bail out the governments?


At the time, no one even bothered asking the question. Now, the  question is everywhere.


But no one has an answer.


Yes, with trillions in bailouts since the 2008 debt crisis, the governments  of the U.S. and Europe were able to calm the waters and restore credit markets.


But no government  anywhere can create wealth and prosperity with worthless paper.

The typical response from large government or big business! Place the blame at the bottom of the work hierarchy. Sure,the government will save money, but one just has to look at the hyprocrisy of it all.


American companies with foreign factories pay far-less taxes in their satellite factories. The 1% have trusts to avoid paying taxes, and corporations have myriads of tax relief, benefits,and breaks to avoid taxes - all of which are perfectly legal and authorized by the government.


So now many Americans have lost their jobs because Corporate America finds it more profitable to have offshore factories. Then you have the likes of the venture capitalists and private equity firms (can you say Bain Capital AKA Mitt Romney) buying up companies to plunder them and reduce employees on the premise of "cost-efficiency".


Mitt Romney is not a good choice for president(my opinion).He will accelerate jobs leaving this country.And the loss of what pension plans are left.Ask the 25,000 auto workers at delphi if they still have their pensions!(NOT!).

My advice to a young person today? I am aware that many government clerical types (Motor Vehicle, Soc Services) are immune to downsizing and technology and are making 60-70K for 40 hr week jobs merely by longevity So go find a job there.
