When I was young (17 years old)I did not know we went to the moon just to beat Russia there.I thought we were going to develop the moon with mining and human colonies.In 1972 when I was a little older(21).Nixon announced the end of the moon missions.At the time I thought "What the !#!&& is going on?"Now at 61 I know it was all politically motivated.Also At age 61 I know we will go into space for the money that is to to be made in many ways.Never mind the space alien talk of engines hidden in area 51.I believe space aliens to be cold war misdirections.Stories told so we could develop our war machines.After all space aliens are so advanced its best not to make them angry.So like a guy who has 7 or 8 girlfriends before he finds one to marry.We have a lot of false starts that end in failure.
