I watched the second show of "Cosmos" last Sunday and they talked about Titan having far more gas and oil than the earth ever did.On titan its so cold that water ice is frozen like granite.So a space elevator on titan is possible today with the materials we have already.So Exxo-Mobil can carve rooms out of solid water ice with a little heat and start shipping oil and gas from titan to earth a hundred years from now.

So now we know that money was the reason Russia annexed Crimea.Read this:

Moscow (AFP) - Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on Friday demanded Ukraine pay back $11 billion that he said Kiev had saved through discounted gas prices in return for hosting a Russian naval base in Crimea.
