This isn't the first time that a company has laid off employees and used an outsourcing firm to bring in immigrant replacements:In 2014, Southern California Edison laid off about 540 technology workers and hired two Indian outsourcing firms to get replacements.About 350 tech workers were laid off in 2013 from Northeast Utilities and were replaced by H-1B immigrants. The workers said as part of their severance they had to sign agreements to not criticize the company publicly.

California's drought and lack of water have nothing to do with conspiracies.
California is basically a desert ecology and is returning to normal now that man
has used up all the surrounding water sources; ie the Mono Lake reservoir, and a
couple of the aquafers that have been tapped and are now nearly gone.
It is because of greed and bad planning that California is returning to it's natural
desert state.

I think the conspiracy is that most people honestly believe they can just do whatever they want without consequence and nobody is to blame. They believe they can just consume everything in sight and nothing will come of it. My analogy is a passenger train which just drove off the edge of a cliff and on the way down everyone starts pointing fingers at each other and accusing the others of not doing enough to prevent this train wreck we call modern society.

It is a conspiracy that so many people need to create imaginary friends like when they were children they call gods to give them false hope and shield themselves from the harsh reality of the world around them. It is a conspiracy that so many claim to be responsible adults but when given the chance to act they fail to act responsibly. It is a conspiracy that so many claim to be intelligent and yet they cannot even understand simple economics.... unrestrained consumption of finite resources + massive population growth = death.

I think everyone knows intuitively that what we are doing is unsustainable and will end in disaster however nobody is willing to compromise what they have and in fact they want more. Everyone wants more and more not unlike a crack addict who uses more and more until more is way too much and they die of their own stupidity. Me, I have no faith in the human race to do the right thing any more and act responsibly because they have proven they are not responsible. People will do nothing until they are taken to the brink of disaster at which point it's a coin toss whether it will be too late or not.

I would like to point out that the problem is only based on the lack of very simplex management. This has to do  a lot with greeed. To look at it in another way, it takes self control for a male+female not make unlimited kids when being taught that promescuity sells. You are not going to have 10 kids if you can't afford it? But they use  appeal to sell products! I don't know about you, but all I see is greeed = "body insinuation sells" influencing the reproduction at a very very high rate (for every action there's an equal and opposite reaction?). And when it comes to "desperate" measure, I see some drastic measures coming. Unless there are some brave people that try to make some senses of the corruption.

NickZ, I personally believe that all of us have this gift from the DNA to understand everything that the "evolution" can be taught with out even science. Like a great white shark does not even know what is 2+2 but yet it has been here ever since the t-rex or even wayyyy before the t-rex.

So science is not what cause "the big bang", having said that "science" is ONLY just learning to interpret our consciousness and use theoretical models to understand our suroundings. I don't see any difference from a hammer head shark having more sensory sensor in the bottom of their hammer head than a great white shark under it's nose. All of our human sensors are the same since the beginings, SO I WOULD SAY ALL RELIGION SENSORING IN THE BRAIN ARE THE SAME. I don't see no difference between religion and science, I only see science sensory ability to keep records. But science and religion is all the same, we all want to keep on learning and meet our creator.

We ALL have a creator, scientists or religious believers. Is the same wave of thinking, i'm pretty sure an alien even believes in a creator, because our beliefs of a creator are true that will help us keep on living for eternity. Just like gay people. I have accepted that they will be with us for ever as long as we live...but the "scientific" or "religion" way understands that 100% of the humans cannot be gay.

If I think about the aliens teaching the ancient people their rules, that would be like you trying to teach a cat how to understand a cat in today's society what is 2+2.

So what we have here is very interesting. All animals brains are tuned to the same frequency or our solar system (galaxy?)....I mean all. Cat, catholic, scientist, atheist, rich, poor, introvert, extrovert, all brains are in equilibration in our solar system. The ONLY difference is inside our galactic equilibrium!
So you could say that all DNA in our solar system is vibrating at a certain frequency.

SO my deal is, if we are all a solar system "mother nature" why try to separate one another? If a "scientists" proves to go to the moon with a rocket, why is he more "intelligent" than krill in the ocean giving out 70% of our world oxygen? Even though the krill may never go to the moon, it is doing wayyyyyy more beneficial empirical facts for the health to the mother earth than 4 humans landing on the moon! That is 100% empirical facts! Which means the krill have more worth value than the people that landed on the moon! SInce if krill and trees where to die 100%, they would not exists to do that. Anyone tell me i'm wrong in the thinking?  Just humans getting blind of what truth is and believing they are gods! is GREEED! 1000% empirical facts! How did landing on the mooon help the earth in any way greater than krill or trees living on earth? derp!
