Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

The future in general doesn't give me any hope for overall improvement in the Eastern Hemisphere for some time to come.

Almost out of time on this computer, but there was an Internet article whose headline was, effect,  The Russians were expanding bombing raids in the Middle East.

Worst thing they coulf do!

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

Lee,I think the russians are just trying to appear more important than they are.Of course innocent people will be killed in the process.triffid

They also appear to have a vested interest in seeing Assad not fall for some reason.

On another note I read an article recently, can't find it now, that said the earth has about 15 years of fresh water left before 40 % of its population starts to find fresh water hard to find. I can see all kinds of economic problems and more if that is the case. We might be able to do without fossil fuels for a while and eventually get other alternatives but it's a little more difficult to go without water. Desalinization will be big business. Our tap water isn't very drinkable already :o

This isn't the specific article I saw but this one doesn't sound good either.

I have been reading a couple of books lately on taxes imposed by different nations. It seems that since the 1970's a lot of countries have lowered their tax rates thus triggering a mass migration of American companies overseas. Now Donald Trumps proposed tax plan would serve to bring some of them back.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/fact-checker/wp/2015/09/29/trumps-tax-plan-and-his-claim-that-its-going-to-cost-me-a-fortune/   Corporate tax would be 15 percent and top personal tax would be 25 percent.Until our leaders change our current tax laws America jobs will continue to go overseas.Smart money will always seek the lowest taxes.triffid

Hi triffid,
Glad you're back.

Look at this,everyone...

I agree with the basic message of the article.  (Read....look out for a long fall and possibly a hard landing.)
