Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Do you think the American economy will ever improve?

Yes, definitely
Possibly, in the long run
No, it will worsen
Undecided

Floor

When the U.S was d-escalating the Vietnam war, two primary reasons were given
for this d-escalation.

1. To allow the south to establish its own military / defense and win the war on its own. (an impossibility)

2. To allow time for the U.S. economy to adapt, and so avoid a likely economic collapse.

Consider please.

The U.S. could have pulled out immediately, with out economic consequences.

Simply by filling the bombs etc. with wheat flour instead of with explosives.
Then shipping them around, paying soldiers to pretend to fire them, shipping them back,
unpacking them, filling them with the same flour again and so on.

Pay the same price for the flour as for explosives and to the same corporations, who in turn pay
the same employees to mix flour instead of explosives and so on and on.

But no this is crazy and wasteful, and bombing people for the sake of an economy is not  !

This topic is amusing

And Ironic because our very reason for being here
---- the search for free energy -----
Inherently causes economic collapse
When we succeed in our goals, the economy will lose.
In the time since I started this thread, I've paused and reflected a few times:
There are more than economic factors the can contribute to economic collapse...
       1) Belligerent Chinese and North Korean Communists
       2) ISIS and other organizations becoming more vicious and attacking many targets at once
       3) a 9+ point Richter-scale earthquake hitting Calif
       4) Same as #3, but for the Midwest or N. Utah(Salt Lake City)

There might be others, but those above were first in my mind.

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

Pertaining to #1 above...

Right.   IMHO, both Communists and Fascists have a double standard:   A much better one in terms of positive conditions in their midst---and the opposite one for their 'perceived' enemies.   They only care about themselves and they can think all others can go hell.

Unfortunately, their navy has improved ships and they're building more---(certainly!)---as I write.   That's where I come in for the West and Americans.   I'm doing work for a think tank and we'll see where that goes after that.   In due course, I'll be called in to work full time.

It's coming.

Maybe so, triffid.
I get to sit in the front of a Metro SF bus because I'm 69, now.   A disabled Vet, too.   Twice as good of a reason.

But, take a look at this...

So.
My former critics on this board have shut up by now.   triffid never criticized my opinion.   He agrees:   The ecomomy is headed for a VERY high cliff, sooner or later.
China is being run by Chinese Asian criminals who want to do anything they think will give them the most power in all possible things for their country and Asia in general.
They're the greediest people I ever knew of.   AND, they can't have everything---even though that's what they want---at least in their part of the world.

Does anyone disagree?

China can prop up its markets only so long as its currency reserve(s) are available to spend.   Right?   When these are gone they'll have economic hell to pay.   Right.

Look out for the future.   I've already made suggestions as of how to get ready for the approaching collapse.   It's coming and the Chinese look like the biggest player---followed (?)---by Greece to start the winter snowball downhill toward an economy sitting like a small village in its' path.  Squish and crunch.
