Dave Ramsey did say that about gold in his book "Total Money Makeover".Says gold coins are not used (for trade)in a crisis.Some government just issues new paper money.And since the common people have little choice in the matter the new money is what they use.triffid

       I'm glad to see the thread is still getting views.   BTW, I've just about determined, theoretically, that 7 times the wattage of solar  cells/panels  will maintain a charge on a battery (set of) essentially forever.   the more the better, though.

       Yeah, but a news report recently indicated that 1/2 of the country doesn't think he deserves to be President.
He's kinda outnumbered by nay-sayers.

       Right.   the economy is still going by mostly human Free Will and the money-shifting games power brokers are playing, IMHO.
       I could say it'll all end, but I do say, I don't know when.
