Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Do you think the American economy will ever improve?

Yes, definitely
Possibly, in the long run
No, it will worsen
Undecided

I find this troubling, because these creatures can live nowhere else. The underwater ores are said to be ten times richer than any on land.So these creatures will be destroyed in the name of gold and silver mining. It will make gold cheaper as it will increase supply.

Am I the only one who sees this going on?
--Lee
It gets worse, IMO...
I'm seeing---pretty regularly---local homeless people being taken a the hospital in an ambulance.
They sometimes ask for help by cellphone---even in front of soup kitchens.
That's not such a problem for me yet.   I still have an income.
I'm a 'senior citizen', now, so I get in sooner than most people.

BUT, that doesn't let off the businessmen who set these high prices.
              Will the middle class disappear?

Well, really, prices have risen on houses for, say, 59 straight months, running.
They're coming from somewhere, aren't they?
Just saying...

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

The middle class in the USA will get smaller than it is today. The upper ten percent of the top one percent will continue to get richer as they are able to buy the politicians vote on tax laws that benefit them and put the tax burden on the rest of us.At least this is what I see happening. Also our elected leaders will continue to lie to us on different issues.Mostly taxes.Maybe a war or two.triffid

Where is your rich/poor frontier line ?

Is this a quantitative or qualitative definition by yourself or common knowledge ?
                                            Pareto-maths included ?
                           https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareto_principle

But is in this empirical math-model(l) and the stated result not one syntax-error about rich/poor statements?
                                              Erbe/heranca/heritage
When has the grand-parents,later the parents, later their childs to give or receive
                                      -the ancients their culture/material property-
to manage this possible richdom for the "generation (over-)next" ?

For example using the german "finance property" piramide numbers(actual study) from the base up :

the first 25% from the private households : negative up to zero finance
the next 50%                                             : zero up to 15000 Euros

not much comparing with new car prices( there are many "Diesel-positive" cases now) or new household furniture and kitchen prices ( up to 75000 Euros)

This are households living from salary and/or pension liquidity,
now this society will become stressed for the next decades by the TIER and 4.th industrial and service [size=78%]industry revolution, with work places diminuation, in geral 50% and in the service sector -for example banking- up to 90% as reported by Price Waterhouse and Centralbank -studies !

Also the Estate administrations worldwide will outsizing "men power",
if not friendly and by "common sense" then "mobbing included" and other
                   " junk bodies burning-out strategies".

Why shall the US-economy household be different and not as same as the european household ?

                                                 Looking to the Dollar
                                             and the short-form symbol :
                                                          S for silver
(ancient silver-standard; the european, better:empirial Habsburger, KarlV-Thaler which was used in the european colonies, now -since 1776- known as U.S.A.,as common accepted money)

                                                and the  "holy Parity"-strings
as centralbank-warranty( Federal Bank of Reserve) that the notes/bonds/obrigations are guaranted by the deposited silver/gold reserves in the 1:1 parity

It will be really interstant how the "emitted and/or printed" trillions(english)(billions in german  )of
U.S.-american Dollar=Thaler debt will become paid in hard -material-cash value to the credit holder !

Sincerely
               OCWL

On a more economic topic, I saw this about 20 minutes ago:

https://www.thenational.ae/business/money/is-the-stock-market-volatility-over-or-are-we-due-a-full-blown-crash-1.710334

This reporter above basically indicates---to my understanding---there are more players to be 'taken down' by a big slump; if there is one on the horizon---as some say.
Oh, yeah:
I'm staying in a homeless shelter and 2-3 times a week I see an ambulance pull up and take another sufferer of the Great Recession+ (plus sign) to a local hospital.
NOW, I think I have the reason:
The unfortunately indigent lowest income San Franciscians have so little money, they're physically starving to death.   The city Fathers don't want tourism to fall off, so the ambulances are kept busy.
But MORE starvation is coming, I believe, and worse:   Baby Boomers are getting to be 70-80 yrs. old, and then the winter rains and cold will begin thinning out their numbers, so to speak.
The same will happen in other parts of the country---especially in the North and Northeast.
The social ramifications may be enormous.
