Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Okay, how about Egypt?  You look at the news?

Well, I do look at the news.

Bahrain is the newest country to experience anti-govt protests.  Tear gas in the streets.

Iranians, as well, are ready to protest against a whole Govt of sociopathic thugs who won't hesitate to shoot protesters.  (Neda Aga Soltan was shot in the last series of large rallies.)

NOTE:
I would put in a link to the Wikipedia article of Neda's death, but IE doesn't allow copy-and-paste operations.

Solidarity protests are planned today (Feb. 14).  The Iranian regime supports opposition protests in Egypt, but outlaws them in Iran.  Corrupt hypocrites!!  The opposition has to decide to stand up for themselves like the Egyptians did, or they'll continue to suffer like the Egyptians did.  It may mean looking down the barrel a machine gun and charging into the resulting hail of bullets, but!, the opposition outnumbers the thugs and they should know it.

Leaders in 5 or 6 Mideast/African countries are "shaking in their boots", so to speak, because they know their Nazi-like tactics can be used against them by others.

The whole region is a powerkeg lit by a fuse that the leaders can put out if the want to.  Will they?!?!?!

(I put this in to point out, IMO, if people continue to see this and think they have nothing to lose, they WILL take that out on the thugs who do things like this.  Mob rule = blood in the streets.)

Did it occur to "Wilby... the Genius" that some borrowed computers can have IE set NOT to allow copy and paste?  Mozilla Firefox almost always can.  That's why I use is as much as possible.  Our resident Almighty guru, Wilby... the Great, didn't stop to think of that?  He merely stood in self-satisfied judgment, as usual, IMO.

I say money is politics and vice versa.  The North African economies having demonstrations are suffering financially as a result.  The ripple effect can be felt in bigger regions of the Eastern Hemisphere.  I don't think this is insignificant.  A lot of these countries are interrelated in their dealings in general.

1,000,000 tourists have left Egypt.  The museums are empty.  The Pyramids are vacant.  Fresh Egyptian Govt employee strikes for working better conditions and more pay still occur.  This costs everyone in the region money, eventually.

Tunisians are leaving Africa for Europe at the rate on 80,000/year.  Mostly to an Italian border island.  Italy is getting unhappy about that, too.  AND, the Tunisians refuse to do anything about it.  Wonderful.  I think war is coming to the region, sooner or later, and that can collapse a country's economy.

I'm kinda glad His Highness, Wilby... , brought this to everyone's attention, so I could comment on it.  I'll let the other Members and the public decide if my remarks are valid or not.

I don't need to cuss at him, and I can further comment on the logic of subjects---like this---he thinks I'm ignorant of.  Let others read and see for themselves.  Comment if you want.

That's why we're here, right?

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

note: all of this seems rather political and not economical, isn't this thread about an imminent economic disaster?

Doctor No

Economic crisis goes already from financial-virtual part to more observable by each, real goods economy. The paper wins and as well losess from previous time, have to be already earned (and consumed by few). What is only importatant, are banks, which stood alive after, to improve its own positions. Who will pay for all? Peoples. It was already long time ago written by Marx, Lenin and others.:-) But this time is only 1 additional point: there is on energy to go really up. By only maximum 30% effectvity and so big worlds economy as today it is simply mission impossible to feed all with energy. So many will have to in out.;-]

I saw a program on cable called "after humans".They were talking about what would survive of mankinds acheivements if humans were to dissappear from the earth leaving everything else intact. It seems that most buildings would be gone after 4000 years.Unopened jars of honey could last for hundreds of thousands of years.Twinkles would last 25 years. Some cans of food could last for hundreds of year unless they are exposed to temps of 105 degrees or more. Then the exremephile germs in them would grow and burst the cans(beans). So I guess twinkles and honey would be two things you couldn't go wrong on.triffid
