Since my brother did not pay an extra 80 dollars or more a month on his mortgage for(insurance) to pay off his property in case he died.His property was not paid off on his trailer and acre.But the lender got theirs in case he defaulted(he already paid $1500 on that ).I saw the paperwork.So a year later his property was sold at auction bringing the bank additional money.For his pain and being broke the last 5 years of his life he got a lien release(piece of paper) from the property.triffid

So with a rail gun launcher we can get water and food into low earth orbit for 528 dollars per kg vs 20,000 dollars per kg on the space shuttle.
