I just wanted to pass this along here.I understand that the kepler telescope can no longer be properly aimed to study any section of the sky now.Something on the telescope failed to hold the scope for hours and hours to peer into a section of the sky.It had a two year mission to find more exoplanets outside of our  solar system.Failing after one year is a serious setback no doubt but from they have seen so far tells them(Nasa) that there may be at least 340,000 earthlike planets just in our milky way galaxy.When I think of 340,000 possible earths.I think we should stop acting like children and set forth into the cosmos . To colonize as many planets as possible

Lol, and what would they do on these new planets?, well like any civilized Earthling they would rape, pillage and plunder just as they have always done throughout their history. To be honest if I was an alien I would not let these egomaniacs off the planet come hell or high water.
If your doing something stupid then doing it on a larger scale doesn't make it any less stupid. We need to learn our lesson the hard way and if they are stupid enough to shit in their own bed then they deserve to lie in it.


Although I would agree we are acting like children and maybe it is about time to take responsibility for our actions versus denial as we have always done in the past.
