OK MAKE A LOOP OF WIRE 1 WIRE ...  HEAVY GAGE ...

MAKE A BIFILLAR 50 TURN COIL   HOOK UP AS OTTOS TEST .... POWER THE LIGHT BULB  AS YOU WOULD WITH OTTOS TEST ... THEN AFTER THE BULB B4 THE BATTERY CONNECTION ADD THE SECOND COIL ...

SO THAT   POWER COMES TO LOOP AND COIL GOES THROUGH BOTH COIL IS INRTUPTED .. KICK INDUCES WITH FLOWING ENGERY IN LOOP ENGERY GOES INTO BULB THEN SECOND COIL THAN TO THE SOURCE ...

RESULTS?

MAYBE PUT A DIODE IN THERE TO ENSURE DIRRECTION OF FLOW ...
