Can you explain why the rocket produce two different gas paths-- white & blue?

the blue was probably the normal rocket exhaust, and the white was most likely the un-burned fuel leaking out the side, and the spinning rocket caused the spiral effect .

the first one isn't a missile malfunctioning, just looks like a normal launch to me, and the second one I have seen before, it's a police dash cam in Edmonton Canada video of a meteor .
