Have you noticed how the blue spiral gets narrower and sharper as it's farther away from the spiraling white vortex? There's no possible way it could be a missile or rocket.

In a missile, the gases that are farther away from it are older, and will spread out more.

In this norway incident, the glowing blue spiral focuses in on a location. You can even see the blue spiral beam becomes brighter away from the while vortex.
