1. Don^t bother yourself, free energy interest nobody, as i clearly see. All about You can read in book of Potapov, Fominsky: Energija Vraschenya (Energy of Vortex). Testatika is rotary magnetic charger/discharger. We had model 35 y. ago in Poland. To make it run with overunity is not easy and not cheap. Needs many electrotechnical parts. 2. When have problems give projects to Rutin as i had given him for free some years ago (You know, free energy...) . Maybe for military purposes good too!   Want a contact?

Yes really, they have even written somewhere: it is impossible such (eternal, tachyons) engines to be built. Now when fly of they own they know own mistakes. But please imagine such big machines Amis had built, when had already knowledge about 60/70 y. after many years of study upon Schauberger^s knowledge? It took more than 10 y. forthem to reinvent Victor^s concept. They had no mind but only money. Altogether to built only simple Repulsine B model, they spent about 10 mlds of dollars for experiments (half of moon project).                                                    I^ve only heard that biggest one to date is about 300 m in diameter and posess total over 1000 GW of power!  This is astoundig, for what they built such a bird? Maybe You know ? (villeicht)

We have series over 100% VHG (WTG). We call them DRJ200 -Domashnyj Yaderny Rieaktor or english: home nuclear reactor. The best series model: DRJ200.11 has 205% mechanical/heat eff. total electrical/heat 113. You can see it on: www.nsppp.bloog.pl  It is similar to this produced in Russia f.e. www.ooo-vhg.ru but about 35% more eff. Theirs have about only 75-80% total eff. The best of Potapov, model S was withdrawn.  Our best DRJ1000 for civilian purposes has 1500 and 800% total eff. The smallest of 11 kW motor power produces 》110 k W heat. But please see in others topics in this forum, how many idiots laugh at. Besonders ein Paar polnische Idioten und Schweine im einen. No, I don`t knowed nothing on that project. Realy, great very importent  effect!!
