Gadget, the only way I know of is by using a sparkplug, cap and a 12 volt automotive coil.
You have to many postings to go back and look for what you have already done. If you still can not remember, I will take the time to go back and find it.

The spinning rotor of a motor can take the place of an AC current in a transformer
and just about any realignment of voltage and current in P=E*I equation is therefore
possible.

So gadgetmail is correct.

I thought we were talking about collecting static and creating a current with it.  Are you saying that you are able to collect the static that your bedini produces and are able to create a current with it? If so, please explain how you are doing this.

A reference lamp (120v 4w) is set up to operate at two watts of power (this is the lamp on the left). The lamp on the right is connected to the harvest coils next to the 2 inch spinning magnet. You can see that the power consumed by the lamp on the right is greater then two watts. The Lenz effect is significant. The spinning magnet mass is acting like an energy storage device, the output circuit (coils) do not contain any capacitors.
The magnets spin is powered by 6 volts @ 100ma.
