After watching the videos I thought about it for a while and this is what I see:

In the http://www.youtube.com/user/newfreeenergydotcom#play/uploads/0/p26m4l1rNvo video
we see a Ferris wheel arrangement with a belt drive which looks to be self running.

In the http://www.youtube.com/user/newfreeenergydotcom#play/uploads/2/x_CFLL68aZQ video we see an AC motor running on the inverter and drive the 2 magnetic geared generators without physical contact.

The 2 magnetic gears did drive the 2 generators which ran the lights (as far as I could see).

At the end of the video he mentions to the cameraman that the drive motor is smoking!

The battery wasn't being recharged.

The drive motor speeding up and slowing down (in my experience) would be caused by the drained  battery driving the inverter and not the regulator as he mentioned. 

The video was short, there was no proof of OU, there were no measurements, it drives the lights but in the end you have to recharge the battery to keep it going.

I'm not trying to knock down George Mitchell for his efforts which were wonderful but to me it isn't OU.  If he would put the voltage back in the battery from the generators and have something left to power a light without smoking the motor I'd be more convinced.

The Ferris wheel might make him rich selling it as a toy, it could be a hit after the Mylow bust, I'd buy one if it was proven to work but the other setup I'm afraid is an energy transfer through magnetic gears which is still ok just not OU in his presentation.
