for 20 years+ i was just like you....
raving about the great systems of india and far east
you got to read this or do that to anyone that might listen
sincerely trying to help with their karmic blocks etc

its exhausting work--encouraging others to change their karmas
when it works then ones store of merit goes up

and my thoughts about it is theory/logic/extrapolation

if a "spiritual terrorist" or someone seriously active against evil forces
is making a success of it-then it should be possible to track them down
by using subconscious mind...pendelum/divining rods/astral travel/the
help of clairvoyants etc
the subconscious mind is said to know everything
not different from the mind of the buddha
if you dont have buddhas mind then youll have to use the above mentioned devices

regarding overunity or anywhere near it
theres a great long list of OU giants been killed/disappeared/imprisoned/suppressed
shauberger, tesla, many watercar and electrical geniuses have fallen

i do believe big oil/jesuits/masons etc would pay the hefty price to get rid
of serious opposition because billions $$ would be lost

  It has always fascinated me as to how randomized acceleration and collision of molecules can be converted into a more ordered form of energy. If as a liquid boils due to thermal agitation the molecules that boil respond to a highvoltage field they now align their electrical dipole moments with the impressed electrostatic field.  The energy gained from the boiling liquid is then able to be focused electrically.  As the accelerated gas leaves the liquid it is now caused to focus into a very narrow stream of molecules.  These accelerated neutral molecules are then caused to collide upon a metal emitter with enough velcoity to raise the temperature of the target metal way above that of the input temperature.  The atoms loose velocity and fall back to the bulk liquid. The vaporization of the water in this case can occur at well below the thermal background temperature due to the partial pressure of the evacuated vessel.

Its more like a heat pump but instead of using a compressor which fights the thermal agitation of the gas to raise its temperature it electrostatically focuses the molecules accelerated from the surface of the liquid onto a collector.  The collector metals temperature is now caused to rise above the ambient temperature into usable levels.  There is no thermodynamic laws broken here.  The heat travels into the bulk liquid.  Causes the molecules to leave the surface of the liquid where there acceleration is guided to a metal target.  The metal target is heated by the focused gas molecules colliding with it.  The metal then allows for the heat to flow into the desired distribution process.  Your idea of operating a cell at below atmospheric pressures is what got me thinking about this.  There are other gases which could be used that respond to a magnetic field.  Again this is just a collection scheme but it would operate at below ambient thermal conditions enabling a flow of heat energy into the system and out at a higher temperature.
