So...I guess this means that the chemtrails they are spraying in our skys are the preparatory stage of mass chemical warfare deaths, effecting the genocide plan which is etched in stone on the 'Georgia Guidestones'.

Those microwave weapons are already being used - the fire-hose is just as effective.

You all should take into consideration this - There isn't a weapon that hasn't been tested on an American civilian, whether voluntary or involuntary, every conceivable weapon in the arsenal of the united states has at some point been tested on a United States citizen.

Be it nuclear, microwave, laser, psychological or otherwise.  It is only common sense that since the weapon originated here ( or there ) that it was tested here ( or there ).

Genocidal is the word that comes to mind which best describes this phenomenon.
