Can be useful for people suffering of Alzheimer , old people with memory problem , or people with severe mental trouble, with only a simple scan the doctor will know all the information he need to proceed, even allergy. For people with alot of health problem it can be useful but other than that , i must agree, there no benefit at all.

I just read the page referred to in the health bill and 8 more pages after that.  I see NOTHING about mandatory chipping by 2013 or anything mandatory except that records be kept regarding the safety of such devices for those who have them.  Show me where in this bill there is anything saying that everyone will be required to have a chip implant.
