has anyone done any work to use banks of caps, discharging them into a storage device of some kind, if you had quite a few banks of caps and switched from one to the next to the next, so on eventually coming back to the first after it had time to rebound. Is there anyway to collect and then use the potential in that? A single cap won't do much on its own, but a bank might be able to get something, in conjuction with some kind of window motor, there might just be enough potential there to get some current flow.

working on some kind of Avramenko plug configuration and droping
the charge into a battery.
