Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Ever see what they do for a topside well blow out?  First the fire is put out, no fire here tho. Then a valve that is in the open state is lowered over it and banded on. once it is sealed, then turn off the valve. Done deal.
Now you cant tell me that could not be done here. True it is a 21" riser, but then I think we could fashion up one for the task. Block of metal and a good 5 axis mill, home baby. Just have to have good jockeys on the submersibles putting it on.

*suggesting using some type of esp bio-electronic-feedback-radionics system to contact beneficial planetary intelligences, if such, in fact, exist.
*recalling that alternative literature maintains these space-going civilizations are around, but prefer to keep their distance.  Potential heavy karma and all that.
*still waiting for something better "than this" to transpire*

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

Basically what I was saying Thay...and its ridiculous to think that that option wasn't available.

And should have been standard equipment for all off shore operations.

Lee you got me wondering if someone were to send a SOS in every mannere possible over a prolonged period, would they take them to a peaceful planet...t'wood be good wooden it.

Wood it be at all too much to ask to start off all posts to me with the salutation 'Dear Cap' ??

My personal advice thread hasn't been very active since a cuppla interlopers gave one of my clients some doobyus direction...not sure if he made it through his dating crisis.

@Cap-Z-ro
If the civilization in question has the technology to eavesdrop on us, they could do what they wanted, especially if we didn't have a Space Navy to defend ourselves with.

I could begin with:
"@Cap-Z-ro"
It's often the OU.com site convention.
Also, keep in mind I have a naturally serious demeanor most of the time.  Both my parents were the same way, most of the time.  Just so you know.
I was in the USAF, as well.  I try to treat people fairly peaceably, since officers expected it at the time.
Was the request "Dear Cap" above another attempt at levity?  I do know the posts you're referring to, however.
