Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Thanks, I appreciate that - my google skills have been failing me at finding further information about his testing.  Up to 12.14 volts :)  I dont know how much of this can be due to the mosfet capacitance - I'm using the IRFS820 @73KHz.  Actually have to go adjust the freq again, the scope is showing the output flat lining - seems as the voltage increases I have to nudge the pulse width to get the pattern back.  Maybe I'll go snag a couple quick photos (I really need to get some work done lol).

I'll post another publication by Zaev on this tonight, which contains a table of different cores he used and his results on this.

Would you happen to have a clearer picture of his circuit - the one in the PDF I linked, I cant make out some of his values.

I have a printed version that shows details of the components.
Let me know what values you want to know and I'll have a look.

Attached is the second article on this subject from Zaev, published a few years later.
He even published his phone number (on top of the paper).

Thanks for the details you posted until now.

I'm not panicked, but mildly horrified, I glance over my shoulder occasionally to monitor the setup, and I see after my last minor adjustment the voltage has now dropped to 12.08v - It didn't strike me that minute fine tuning would be important.  I'll have to get more precise later with exactly what is occurring.
