What next?  Huge swaths of the gulf going up in smoke after a lightning strike?  A Hurricane picking up massive tonnage of toxic chemicals and raining them down upon the U.S.?

Take action folks, POSITIVE action.  By materially helping, educating, your neighbors, strangers and loved ones.

i'm not materially helping those lunatics. it's their mess, not mine. when all the rockstar politicians that have been getting kickbacks from big oil, the big oil ceo's, etc. show up on the shores and start getting dirty on a daily basis, i might start to think about lending a hand. as far as enabling them with compassion as you suggest... i think not.

Thousands of times more oil leaks from natural fissures under the oceans of the world every day than is leaking in the gulf.  That has not killed us and neither will this.  Oil, believe it or not, is a natural substance of this planet as is water, oxygen, etc.
