Aetheric propulsion patent I found while I was browsing...

This sounds quite contrary to observed phenomenon, no?  No relativity here.  As I accelerate, at higher speeds, I would observe myself having more inertia, not relative to some initial reference point, but period.  Even minute local adjustments of velocity/direction would be difficult at high speeds.  Sounds wrong to me.

this patent was based on an aetheric theory, where-in all space is permeated by an interconnected aether.   Momentum, inertia, acceleration, the speed of light, fluxuations in space-time, or even motion in general, are all governed by their interaction with the aether. 
The patent assumes this aether can be manipulated by an EMF, and thus the effects of the eather on the moving body no longer apply. i.e. traveling at 1600mph in one direction, then suddelny reversing and going the other way. essentially giving the craft no frame of reference for "momentum" to apply, unless of course it hits a physical object...  although according to the man who walked through the berlin wall, that too can be controlled by an EMF of the right frequency.

Einstein spent a good portion of his life trying to disprove the eatheric theory, and while i personally don't think he ever succeeded, he managed to convince himself that he had.

Thanks CompTutor for checking about the author. It seems his first work of field theory.
But I cannot know if it is true or not. From his paper, aether is scalar fields themselves
because all fields (E and B) are written by those. Charges and currents also are written.
Can his theory explain any experiments or nature? The scalar wave interacts with light. Really? Can anybody try to proof that?

   If your inertia was such that it was a rotating frame then you would stay put.  By staying put you would appear to move at millions of miles per second if the aether itself is moving expanding or inflating.  A fish in a river current flowing at 2o meters a second has no problem moving from spot to spot within the mass of the moving water.  It is no harder for the fish to swim upstream or downstream in the inertial frame of the moving water,  If the fish approaches the bottom then the relative at rest potential energy of the fish becomes observable.
