Yeah I read about this recently on the PES wiki, but the inventor doesn't really give any more info about it than just this video.

No so new..

If you see and understand the Vid. you will understand that it
take only input power and dont give out any output power.

If the generators must deliver power, its need mor mechanical input power.  So it cant work as Overunity
