I might have spoke too soon i thinK
i got the gas bubbles coming from the rock now
howeever there small not light the aluminum
does but i put the aluminum on to polirize the rock and
get temperature going it apears now i removed the aluminum
me amp draw is the same but now thru the rock
if the rock starts picking up producing more bubble it will be produving the gas and lift like my aluminum copper
can but i dont know if its going to
build the bubbles faster or slower
but there definatly now coming from the rock itself
so i think the coral is formed from the gas bubbles escaping
one its poliorized rigt to produce the gas internaly it should contain enough of that gas to float itself im waiting paitently with my fingers crossed

JUST MORE THEORY: The reason the Arc was kept from the sunlight.........um   Telsa's clear capacitor lost charge on the negative plate when sunlight was focus on it.  And gained charge on the positive plate when the same light was focused on it.   Maybe........it would gain to much charge in the sunlight which would suggest the charge within was a positive force.    The opposite logic also applies. If the sunlight drained the Arc this would be odd to make something that would have to be re charged from darkness.   The Creator is lots smarter than that, my bet is on the Arc being charged by photons.   So the Arc was the first known man made solid state power collector perhaps.  And it has no moving parts (but particles are moving)  It having two parts to the outer box, poles could have been developed between the top and bottom .  The antennas on top separated with a neutral field between the top an bottom allowed a rectify effect which then could be collected in the silica/salt.  Cletus may have one built already in his salt Moray battery.  But in the bible it says they had to take off their shoes around the Arc which could mean the storage energy (the bottom)was negative in nature unless shorted back thru the collector (the top).
This seems off topic but what I am trying to do is help others unlock this knowledge by showing relationships,  which just might trigger our minds to realize a pattern which is now being overlooked.

problem lie between the chemitry
and electricity like the moray cell nuetralizes the acid so if a chemist
did the formula for a acid type filter for the battery to remove the contaminates as they built mabey we would have a battery that could hold a lot more energy im not shure there was a lot rust in
that expensive dc marine battery i ruined pretty fast
between the aluminum and copper the aluminum built its own energy feild
on both sides of the water and it eventualy blew a hole thru the aluminum
i though it poped the breaker but I was wrong
it blew a pencles sizs hole in the aluminum
the water equaled in power so it was seperating energy even though the can the bottom was cut off so it put energy on both side
till i blew a hole im 95% shure this is why the goverments ufo
crash the instant blowing of that hoke requires it to be rewelded as seen on
aug 22 in the fresno landing i posted

Personal levitation feels like every cell in your body is vibrating and can get there by creating within a stream of acceptance.   Like allowing your judgement to refrain to "lovingly embrace" all thoughts till you somber off into a near dream state.  In my meditation experience I was seeing a large room with Hindu looking persons about, most were touching a 2o foot high orange glowing ball. When I touched the ball with the palms of my hands like they were doing my body vibrated all over and I floated 4-5 inches before my fear took over and I was back home and fell 4-5 inches back on the couch.   What is important about this experience was levitation wasn't what I thought it was, not a force lifting at the bottom.  It was all consuming yet I was in it and must say that when touching the glowing ball it was as if I was connected to another mind full of love and when I sensed the other mind fear overcame me and I fell.  It was as if we soul shared for a moment.  So fear separates us from this other joyous mind everyday unless we make the effort to reach it.  These things I share with you happened and I bear witness to it.   So within us is the ability to tap into greater things with out wires    self OU  LOL
