creates the movement thru the tube wick creates the heat
so essentialy its the energy tapped going from the air to the water the difference in temperature
the energy that melts the ice but being 50 feet in air and a good ground temperature never match theres always a flow is that right
so its just the tunning and how much the granite salt cell can remain a constant temperature lol this is pretty funny is it really that simple

i see why my 12 volt salt cells didnt work outside when i went to show them off got to hot on concrete
the batteries all fried with computers because in essentialy
directing lightning to the batteries
way more energy then they can handle
now there was no spark gap and light
but it was always steady 2 plus vokts but i knew it was more
the metter just not reading it
can a metter read lightning not ac pulse

is it ac or dc what is static ac or dc

     negative entrophy is exhibited in a device as simple as a thermometer.  The molecular vibrations are transferred to the bulb of the thermometer.  Predictably the mercury in the bulb rises and this lift measures the temperature of the surrounding medium.  In a spark gap we have ionized nitrogen and oxygen.  They have a certain amount of energy required to unbind the electrons from the atoms.  These electrons are not only bound to an atom in a lifeless dead molecule the molecule is vibrating moving colliding with other molecules expanding contracting all sorts of chaotic actions and reactions.    When an electron is ionized like it would be in a spark gap it carries with it the energy of the molecular motion along with the binding energy from the input.  In a field absent of any external force other than the ionizing frequency needed to overcome the binding energy the electroy would simply result in unpredictable collisions with the surrounding atoms and your input energy follows the positive entrophy course which is from order to chaos.  The input energy will dissipate across the whole matrix until it becomes just part of the background noise.  Put a magnetic field into the picture.  An accelerated electron leaving the atom now has direction.  It will align its magnetic dipoles with the magnetic field lines.  The electrons will now drift orbit circulate or whatever you want to picture in an orderly predictable fashion determined by the magnetic field lines permeating the spark gap.  You get enough mass going in the same direction and it hits mass not in motion what happens is the pressure rises.  The amount of collisions per second increases and you get pressure.  Lets add the inertia up when the electron collides with something now.  We have the inertia it had in the bound state.  We have the inertia of the molecular vibration and we have the inertia of the bulk movement into the gap.  The energy it imparts or what physicists call the photon transfer from the inertial frame of the electron to the inertial frame of the collector is far in excess of the energy needed to overcome the binding energy of the electrons.  A solar cell does the same thing.  It gathers photons radiated from the Sun's negative entrophy thing and imposes them on a crystal.  The photons excite the crystal into an electron shift from the valence bands in the solid to the conduction bands in the solid.  It displays negative entrophy.  It took incidental chaotic radiation and changed it into dc potentials imposed on either end of the cyrstal.  Negative entrophy exists in all matter otherwise it wouldnt be around long enough for us to even know it was there or "mattered"
  Cleuts you got it.  Imagine a lightning bolt you could make charge a capacitor.  Now you got some negative entrophy going.  All that energy is inside the capacitor.  No light or thunder or any of that scattering of photons.  You got a capacitor charged up to mega mega volts and the capacitor is the size of a small town.

edit:  You are probably correct about the seven stars,  There is no plasma physicist that can predict what form it is going to take.  It is like trying to predict if we drop a feather in a hurricane exactly where the feather is going to end up.  We can only observe plasma at this point and conjecture what darkmatter and dark energy really are.  This is not to say we cant get some interesting things going on around a spark gap.

The frequency i believe we are trying to detect is far outside the range of a "speed detector" device.
Police radar operates around 13-28Ghz
police laser @ exactly 333.3333333333333333~ Ghz
the radar comes in 3 bands, X, K, and Ka. low frequencies.
the lasers are all standard. they're a tripple-laser diode package thats designed to emit long-distance pulses.
the reciever on the laser gun, is just like to the one in the speed detector, its another standard component, designed to be used with those particular diodes.

Basically "fuzz busters" dont have the right components inside.
It's a good idea,.

and im sure there are SOMETHING out there that operates at the 281Ghz range, and we just have to keep searching for the device that can detect radiation at that freq.
i dont think the FCC controls that band, its one of the "public bands", used by telecom and remote control devices... i guess theres a lot of telecom equipment, or even like a remote controll airplane, if you had a way to "tune" the frequencies..

i know theres people here that can design a circuit to do this,
i get lost when it comes to filters... specially at that high of a freq. i played with sound years and years ago,. but this is WAAY beyond the audible range...

i think the simplest thing is to just take an IR - reciever,
and REMOVE the low-pass filter, or modify it down to 275Ghz
and if possible, also modify the high-pass filter to cut off at say 290Ghz (this will eliminate the telecom interference)

then we would have a magnetic current tester.
