Put everything about it on the You Tube and list all thats required to construct it.   I MEAN ALL DATA. 

Then prepare yourself for the flow of nay sayers making negative comments without lifting a finger to replicate. Those interested will contact you to attempt a replication.
Make it an open source project so anyone can duplicate it for ""FREE"". That will take away comments from those that think you are scamming them.

If you cant or wont do that then you want either cash or fame for your efforts and you will have a hard road to travel.

Basically hes done that. He has also made some up and sent them to a few people here for free. Some may not see the same effect just because of location. Still dealing with magnetic fields and the lay of the land like mountains may come into play as well as local materiel,humidity,altitude etc.
I dont see any untruth in his personal observations.
