you would have to go study signal processing to understand that

Sorry didnt know I was such a problem .

releasing such weaponry is generally a bad idea.
the caliber of people that read these forums varies between both ends of the scale. so innevitably you will be reaching an audience that should not have simplified plans for powerful weapons.

so,. a word of advice:::

If you plan to release information that "could be used" as a weapon.
you should re-word / re-structure the ideas into the form of an "energy source".
That would stop, or at least slow-down the red-flagging process.
as well as eliminate any legal grounds upon which they could take such action as forcibly removing the content.
not to mention, eliminating the reasons by which they have to do so.

Okay!  Okay!  cletushowell is writing things I don't understand, either.  I can't tell you what it means.
But, but!, I had a second cousin with Down's Syndrome, and because of that relative's life experiences, I'll look on cletushowell's writing with tolerance and still ignore them as incomprehensible.
I don't need to take his wording seriously and I don't need to read them.  Stefan can deal with him if he, Stefan, wants to.
