Ok help me out how do you build 120 volt 100 amp battery

equal to the weight easily so that is way overunity
because the flywheel will

The power required to run an air-compressor long enough to fill a giant bladder with 20-psi of air, and the hydraulic pump required to lift the cylinders up, and into position... will consume more than the energy created as the vehicle falls down to the floor, slowly on the cylinders, spinning a flywheel in the process.

You have to remember, the flywheel is stationary, and has to overcome momentum before it starts to spin to equilibrium of the input. The more it spins fast, the less efficient it is. (Eg, once spinning, applying the same constant force will result in less acceleration. It would have to accelerate all the way up until the point where the trucks gravitational fall had stopped, and you would still loose all the "momentum power" of the falling truck, if it was forcefully stopped.)

You are just adding more complexity, increasing your losses. If what you have now does not work, you need to simplify it, not make it more complex, to achieve your goal.

Find a way to increase your voltage and reduce your amps. Amps are the largest loss at the moment, if you are reaching 100 amps. (You want to keep amps below 1% of the voltage, to get closer to 99% electrical efficiency. Average amps and volts, not peak amps and volts on a wave. Peaks are irrelevant, as they instantly reduce on any form of storage.)

AC can not be stored... AC is a description of a wave...

You can't store a "shout" in a glass jar (sound wave are the AC equivelant of air pressure), you can only store the solid pressurized air "DC" which is the result from shouting. That would imply that the power is constantly vibrating in the battery, and that it would vibrate when it exits... at what frequency? (Electrons are already vibrating, but not in frequency pulses like the ones you forced them to be at when they are stored. EG, No battery will vibrate at 50hz when you pull power out. Being "AC safe" is not an "AC battery". It throws out the unused half of the wave, or has a built-in rectifier, which makes it safe for use in an AC flow of power input. Same as an AC or unpolarized capacitor, except an unpolarized capacitor can charge + or - in any direction.)

What you want is to rectify the AC into DC and store it in an ultra-capacitor. From there, you can safely move most of that into a standard 12v battery. You need a single 12v 1000AH battery. Slowly charge the battery by draining the ultra-capacitor with a joule-thief, to get the most out of the cap.

Ultra-capacitors can hold a charge for days, unlike a normal capacitor. You actually need a 200A @ 200V @ 300Farad ultra-capacitor bank. (Sounds large, but 5.5v 10F ultra-caps are about the size of a small MP3 player.)

I have 6x 5.5v 2F maxwell ultra-caps, but they are expensive.

Your only other alternatives are a "layden jar", "power-grid capacitor", or a lithium rechargeable bank.

It is cheaper to do a fork-lift or golf-cart battery. With the exception of the laden jar, which has high losses, but you can boost the voltage up to 12,000v at 1A (Same thing as 120v at 100A). I think that was the power level you said you needed to store.

Good post.  About the supercaps.  I have a 2.7 volt 650 Farad cap that is the size of 2 tuna cans stacked.  They are available up to 5,000 Farads now.  I started out with 2 10 Farad caps that are the size of a cigarette butt and only cost like $5.00 US ea.  My 650 cap was about $50.00 bucks.  PM me if you want to know where to get them.  My big ones are Maxwell hybrid ultra Boost caps.  These are really great when used with my earth battery.  Unlike the regular supercaps, the boost caps can be placed in series for as many as you need.  Reg. super caps can only be used with like 3 in series.
