You say that Newton's math are incomplete but I don't see any math in your thesis.
In order we can treat the problem, please apply Newton's math to your system and show us what is wrong.

I can explain how I believe things has been created and what I think of Newtons law - if you allow me

Matter as we know it (Mountains, water, birds, trees etc.) are all basically made up of positive, negative, neutral charges. A combination of how many positive and negative charges that are combined, and how these combinations are chemically fused into other combined charges, determine what these things are made of (Metaloxide (mountain), water (bihydroxide - or something), birds (Carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, sulfur, metals and minerals), trees (the same) etc. These charges (All charges combined are the atoms) are made up of potential energy that has been created by energy. I want to believe that matter are pure energy that is trapped in time. The origins of energy are allways when these atoms combines and turns into something else, or splits into something else, a moment in still-time that force time to reoccour - then an atom in another place in the periodic table has been created. Fusions and fisions under high gravitional pressure and high temperatures. Each time this happens, matter will loose some of its mass to energy and create time. So this is the origin of energy as I believe it. The neutral charges does not change the atoms place in the periodic table, but changes its weight and stability. We know that nuclear radiation comes from unstable matter. This instability will at last find its equilibrium, but it takes time. Sometimes very short time and sometimes very long time. We call it half-life of a radioactive matter. This half-life isn't really half-life, but bearly half life - as I believe it - because it isn't infinite energy in matter, or unstable matter.

Now. Matter are energy that is trapped in time. Some matter are unstable, and loose its mass by radiation from unstable nuces. In fact all matter are some how radioactive btw. We humans are made up of energy that is trapped in time, so how can we then observe time? That is because we are being powered by intake of external energy that we harness, and lets our brain work with tiny electric charges that radiate energy which we earlier "consumed". This energy is what makes us think and observe - because it isn't the matter itself that is the memory, but the energy in electric charges and flow of electric current through matter (neurons) which is the memory. And in order to enhance memory, there are made tiny connections that expands the complexity of electric conductive networks of wires in the brain. This memory will be available as long we can harness energy from the surroundings. Some connections are bad and some are good - this is how we forgets one thing and remembers another thing. The network that has the strongest connections, is where the energyflow will go first, and with greatest flow of energy, and therefor supress the bad connections with low energy flow - the part of the memory we do believe we have forgotten. Time is energy, and energy is time. It is our observations which has made the sense of the time going by, because new connections are made in the brain every moment. Time are just a series of actions that has reactions in which origin are energy. We must apply energy in order to define time.

Gravity are a very mysterious force. Gravity will pull those balls downhill - rather negative angular to the gravity field. Negative? Well, matter are energy that is trapped in time, and wants to find its equilibrium as pure energy. I believe that gravity is the force that is a function of this process. It takes energy from the object as the object approaches the gravity field. We can apply energy to the object to pull it uphill again, and use energy to fight gravity and gain potential energy. Gravity are the final state of matter, so why does matter wants to convert into pure energy? I have been thinking that gravity are the exact opposite of energy. Gravity wants to consume matter and make it stable at a zero potential state - however within an infinitely small space with infinite gravity. Gravity is the opposite of time. Time is energy. For each calories we spend are a waste of time so to speak 

Back to the balls downhill. Two balls with the same hardness and surface structure with same mass will spend the same potential energy all the way till the end of the track. The one that is filled with water will take longer time to accelerate and longer time to stop, because water are liquid and it requires time to force all atoms to rotate in the same direction.
Have you ever tried the raw/boiled egg experiment? A raw egg with liquid content are initially opposing rotation. When it has started to spin, you can stop it and release it instantly, but the egg will continue to spin. That is a raw egg. So what difference in content do we have when the egg has boiled for 10 minutes? It is the same, but now the content are solid. You can start to spin it and stop it on your command.
This is the case with the ball with water in it, but ofcourse boiled water doesn't harden - you have to freeze it. With ice inside the ball instead - will that change its potential energy? No! Will it change the way it rolls down the track? Yes!

So where are we heading? Will Newtons incorrect laws do any good? Maybe he was (some how) wrong, but that doesn't change the nature...

Or have I been missing something - except that it is probably much more to matter and energy than what I believe it is
