I'm looking for something that will work, and not need to be prototyped too much. Efficiency can sacrifice, 25% is enough. The fuel cell should run on regular gasoline, and feed an electric motor in the power range of 250-500 watts.

Another option is batteries, with charger and a motor, but I think the price of this will be higher, and the power storage capacity lower.
