Title: H2 Overunity Cycle by Perihelion Labs, Finally !!!
Post by: wizkycho on May 19, 2006, 04:21:13 AM
Simple H2 Overunity Cycle by Perihelion Labs

1. generate some H2
2. make a mixture of say 95%H2 and 5%O2
3. run that mixture to combustion chamber
4. ignite the mixture => release of energy (chain reaction of H2 molecules with O2)
5. run exhaust gasses through watter tank to separate created small ammount of H20
   and remaining hot H2.
6. retrofit exhaust cooled H2 and combine it with small adittional ammount of H2
(back to step 2. and another cycle begins)

It is needed very small ammount of H2 in each cycle because only few molecules of H2
are lost at the exhaust output as watter.

released energy in point 4. overcomes many times
small electrical input energy to create lost H2 in some electrolisys chamber

Hello wizkycho-

That is amazing if true! I assumed that when you combusted hydrogen and air mixture that the hydrogen recombined with the oxygen to form a lot of water again. If I understand you correctly you are saying that only a little water is created and there still remains a lot of hydrogen as a gas after combustion in the ICE chamber?
Have you actually successfully run this cycle as you describe through an IC engine already?

What I propose is to lower the level of oxygen in reaction because it is really not needed (a lot of it).

It is well known that stored liquid (or gas) hydrogen in some steell container should be very clean so to minimize self combustion
possibilities.

If small ammount of Oxygen is let into container it can (if ignited) react in chain fashion with every H releasing energy
and then recombining with other H releasing more energy - Till it makes enough space (explosion) between O and H molecules to stop
reaction (break of chain).

If small ammount of Oxygen is let in reaction, there can only be created a small ammount of water. Remains only hot hydrogen

I haven't made it, but seems knowone even tought of it, for a long time niether have I, but it is simple and chain reaction of O
in H environment is very well known but not, what is very interesting, explained.

We don't have to explain it just use it.

Hi-

Thanks for the link. Yes, lots of good information there. It says in that document that you can burn hydrogen with as little as 4% oxygen.  I don't know what portion of hydrogen in this mix would be used in the combustion and what would remain to be recycled as per your theory.  So my questions are what power would be obtained using only 4% oxygen compared to other ratios and what percentage of hydrogen remains after cumbustion?

best regards,

hi Wizkycho-

Say, who or what is Perihelion Labs anyways?

Perihelion means "close to the Sun". Sun gives us energy so I tought it would be a good name for a Free energy lab.

Topic related: When I first tought of the idea - chain reaction with only few O2 and many H2 - I tought of it as
simple and it must work. Later I found out that is not that easy to start and maintain chain reaction of H2...
Greater the temperature and preassure greater is chance to maintain rection.
Gives me idea to try it in diesel engine which might have enough compression and temperature for chain reaction to start. Tried to search internet more but there seem to bee little practical information about reaction
itself.

Maybe there is a simular reaction like in the recent JL Naudin replication
of this H2 heating which releases overunity energy ?
Or maybe this will also convert some of the H2 gas with oxygen to the
recent announced HHO gas ?
