Good video. According to Bedini this was a reality in the 70's - until BigOil squashed it. Though I doubt they were using sodium hydroxide as I think that stuff isn't very environmentally friendly...
Probably potassium hydroxide is less environmentally aggressive . After all you create it every time you burn a wood fire , and forests recover from forest fires .
