Inventors from Moscow asked me to find Customers (read files). I hope you know
who can buy it.
Payment in Advance is not necessary. First step is to get Letter of intention from
Customer. Then we'll discuss Contract and terms of payment. Then the Customer
will visit Moscow, test the motor in open view several days and after this step
the Customer must pay. The problem can be if the Customer will see the
technology and then can not pay.
