Title: New Member with Questions (Solid State Circuit Experiments)
Post by: MrOrangeman555 on July 05, 2011, 05:46:49 PM
Hello,

I happened to be researching "Miniature Tesla Coil" one day and I happened by the "Slayer Exciter" circuit...and the breadcrumb trail leads here.

1. Being an Illustrator and one who respects copyright, is the slayer exciter patented, or is it a fairly universal concept? I would prefer to create an alternative circuit using capacitors than to tread on someone's copyright.

2. What is "overunity.com" about? Is it a simple hobbyist site or is there another philosophy behind it? (Religious?)

Also, for your own use, I'd like to present this 3d model I've made available to the public, free. Its Tesla's tower visualized to some accuracy. Feel free to use it in your own presentations, websites, and products:
