The drawing and animation is a Rotary Pseudo Solid Fanner principle motor/generator.
It's super simple. When the bar ends are in line with the magnets the bars seperate due to the fanner principle.
When the bars are 90 degrees to the magnet poles the bars are pulled into the rotor and it becomes a Pseudo Solid rotor.
The bars do not seperate in the first step until the magnets poles are half way across the width of the bar ends.
There is a small air gap between the magnets and the rotor so the Fanner effect can work.
The magnet poles have a radius to follow the round rotor and keep the air gap constant.

"The overunity work comes from the work done by the bars being pulled back into the the rotor. The fanner effect in the first stage that seperates the bars is not a this time a source of work. This first stage is a break even operation.
